Nope, theyre strength only.
Congrats on the good drop. It has uses for speedclearing and dungeons.
I'd expect that to go to 50-75e perhaps. Tactics would naturally be higher, but as that doesn't exist in that skin, I doubt it'd go higher.

Ah while ago I bought a r10 Eternal Shield with these mods for a friend. I/he paid ~200e. Like a couple of weeks later he asked me to sell it again for what ever. I sold it for ~150e I believe. I'd say that 200e was a lot, but I got a couple offers ranging from 100e to 150e for which I eventually sold it. So honestly I see this r9 go for 200e+, considering my experiences with the r10.
