Plagueborn 20/20

Hey, I have this Plagueborn Staff q11 Spawning power, with Half casting time of communing spells 20% (20/20). Any value to it? Thanks

Very few people I've seen collecting these. Hard to say on a value. Only suggest I can give is take a screen shot and list on here and see what offers you get. Take some time with it. Same advice I've given others is be patient.
