Closed: gold Weapons/shields that doesn't have max dmg/ar

Hey!

I know that weapons with req x<9 is worth quite much, in my understanding this only applies for weapons that have max damage (for example: a schythe with 9-41).
I've looted a gold Bo Staff that is q7 blood magic but it's only 9-15 (which isn't max damage) and gold q6 strength tower shield +9 ar v. fire but the ar is only 12 (16 is max).

Here's my question: Are these worth anything? If yes; what?

Yours arent, some non max weapons are worth someting, but they need to be usable still, unless some collectors still buy "Non usable non max items", but knowing what they want is hard tho ;P

yeah agree that they don't have any value. unless the bo staff is pre-nerf, then it would probably get some ectos from a collector. Otherwise, as far as I know, I'm the only person that collects non-max staves at all and only want platinum staves/earth(obsidian)
