PC Shadow blade

Hello ,
would like pc of a shadow blade Q9 +15%/-1 energy regen
tyvm

15%/-1 energy regeneration or hp regeneration? Dont know pc on either, but just to clarify for others. I'd sat both atleast 500g (just to make this post a pc, so I dont break the rules )
