I imagine no one is PC-ing the CC because no one knows. Since they drop fairly commonly from the Z-Chest now, prices are hard to predict, but overall they are pretty cheap. I would say if you could get 50k out of it, take it for sure. But for a realistic range, somewhere between 2-5e wouldn't be out of line.
