PC on Bladed Shield

Hey guys,

need a pc on this:

Bladed Shield Q12Tac
+10ar vs. cold Dmg
-2^ench

i know q12 kills it a bit but bladed with 2 max "matching" mods should be worth a bit i guess?

i would say 100e tops, like you said about the requirement + cold isn't that much loved.
