Health +29 (while enchanted)

Staff Wrapping of Fortitude +30

Earth Damage: 11-22 (req. 11 Earth Magic)
Energy +4 (while Health is above 50%)
Improves Casting speed (Chance: 8%)

Isn't an idol available at the droks crafter, +5 armor & 45 health when enchanted? if so, yours is worth <= 5k.

Earth wand's ok, but high req. and not perfect mods. <= 10k.
