koi is pretty unwanted I think. good mods tho... so 10-15e imo
winged 25-30e
paper depends a lot on interest 5-20e

about paper fan,high q and only 10% hct and crap second mod. id merch that offhand.
it would have been decent offhand it was q8 like system sold some time ago.
I bought alot better offhands for 20e range.
at best maybe 2-3e.It doesnt matter if its paper fan if the mods are bad and high q.
