Looking for a PC on Q12 Tac Ornate Buckler +10 vs Fire, -3 while hexed
I have a feeling it's probably useless..

Merch unless you find a collector. -3 hexed kills it. If it was ench it would be worth maybe like 30e, if it was stance maybe like 5e, with hexed it's just not useful or very collectible.
