The Jungle Centaur Warrior types have IWAY, as well as the Mantle Knights of that area.
Funniest thing is...They can cheat with it from my understanding...
They use it at the start of battle..and it works..even thoguh I have attacked nothing much less killed, and it lasts literally until I kill the mob..
Anyone else notice?
Mob Cheaters?

Yes, I've noticed the White Mantle cheating with this.
Although, I've never seen White Mantles use it without me killing one of them first. However, they seem to be able to use it when their dead buddies are a long way away (e.g. disappeared outside my radar).
IWAY Description: For each dead ally nearby, you gain 10 seconds of increased attack speed and health regeneration of +3-6.
So what is nearby? My understanding of nearby is roughly the size of the aggro circle on the mini radar. But White Mantles seem to use IWAY when there are none of their dead buddies nearby.

The Centuers use it at the start of battle - the mantle are alittle better (they wait til their attaked).

Still doesn't explain their cheating use of it,even if what you say is true, it doesn't explain the unlimited time and the health regen.

I recall many of the Maguuma Centaurs using spirits. Perhaps the death of the spirits affect IWAY. It also works with minions, but to a small degree.

My original thought too, but theres a few reasons why that isn't it.
1) Spirits leave no corpse, IWAY counts the corpses inorder to decide how many dead allies there are. (This is why setting Frozen Soil, or exploiting all the corpses in the area makes IWAY useless)
2) This happens even when no Hunters are in the group.
EDIT IN: Also - other guy - Its pretty commonly understood that IWAY's attack boost does not stack with things like Frenzy/etc. You can have your own tests though

The IAS is maxed at 133%. Anet had changed it.
