Seperating items.

Hi everyone. I know this is a really stupid question but how do you seperate items from a stack? I never needed to until now and I can't figure it out.

depends on what you are trying to do. if you are trying to trade with someone just drag the whole stack to the trade window and then it will ask you how many you want to offer and you cna decide then. When you are transferring them to storage i think you just have to transfer all of them to storage. (i may be wrong) same with taking a stack out of storage to your inventory. when you sell to a material trader he takes it in stacks of 10. a rare material trader takes them in 1's. i could be wrong but i do believe that what it is. also when u want to drop an stack you can choose how many you want too.

If you want 2 stacks, the easiest way is to trade some to another person (usually someone you trust). Send them x amount, and put the rest in storage. Have them give the item(s) back, adn you will have 2 stacks. To restack them, drag one onto the other.
