WTB 1h wand with 20% death fast cast

I need a one handed wand/rod/whatever with 20% death fast cast AND either death fast recharge or death +1 (prefer 20% on these two). I will also consider other general bonuses, but 20% fast cast is mandatory.
Requirement death is not a must, though I'd prefer that.

Just to be clear, I am paying more than a bortak for this. I'm not trying to rip someone off.

This is possible, right? I don't want to lose my time looking for something that doesn't even exist.
