4 above 50%
9% skill recharge
need a pc on this, i dunno if just to sell to merchant

If you are gonna merchant it.
Just hand it over to me for 1k.
I use water magic but I don't
bring it up past 8, so the Req of
10. I will have to dropped some of
my attribute points to make it work.

you dont need to meet the req of the wand for the mods to work. its definelty worth more than 1k though 10-20k imo but itl be hard to find a buyer
