Sigh...another guild cape question

I now there have been a lot of these but...when you join a guild that has a cape, is it optional to wear it, or does it automatically show up on your character? I'm curious because I'd like to join a guild, but I'm not that enthused about having to wear a cape.

I've put a lot of effort into perfecting a superior aesthetic...a cape would simply clash with my ensemble...

I dont think you can turn it on and off.

yeah, you're stuck with it. so make sure your guild's cape isn't horrific.
