i'd say like 15-20k, thats if your lucky, falchion isnt a very liked skin and those mods may be perfect but are not sought after

I think Perfect is only when you have 20%>50%, but this is 20%<50%. The weapons where you don't get the additional damage until health is below 50% arn't that popular, and generally don't sell for nearly as much.

Well, I know its normally 15>50 or 15 always, but it didn't cross my mind that 20>50 is impossible when I quickreplied. :P At least I had an accurate price.
