Signet of capture in pre?

With all the quests in pre ascalon, is there any that gives you a signet of capture? Im pretty sure not but i was wondering because the Char boss had the elite skill Barrage! I really would love to obtain it, any thoughts?

I'm sure you could probably pick that skill up somewhere else. But I don't think you can get the SoC in presearing.

You can't get an SoC until you obtain it via a quest in LA, or buy it from skill traders later in the game(post-LA).
