Energy 10. Speed - normal shot. Recharge 10

Effect: Attack skill. Your arrow passes threw solid objects, e.a. unable to get target obscured. Arrow got 25% reduced range.

No attribute based.


-can be use to deliver preparations threw walls and bridges, or for minor spike from several rangers.

10 energy is a bit steep, considering you also have the range reduction, I think.
