weird old mod hammer

an "old" hammer i got before they nerfed portsledge grawl drops
it has a weird constant mod +13% dmg but -10 armor while attacking

its not weird....the -10 armor mod shows that its a normal one, coz the nerfed should be without a negative mod with a always dmg mod.

the nerf was on the grawl... they used to drop gold armors all the time (where i got 3 superior runes in one hour)

i'm not talking about the weapon being nerfed

i was wondering about the rarety of such a bonus (as i don't see them)
