cheater

I was wondering how to post someone that won,t res you and takes an item of yours.
I want to warn everyone that a player named --- left me dead so he/she could steal my icy dragon sword.
I reported to anet but doubt they can do anything.
Does anyone think that once an item is assigned to you no one else should be able to get it?
I could see if you mapped out of the party but really an item valued at 30k or so shouldnt be able to be stolen.
Sorry if this offends anyone with my venting.

You don't post people's names on here to rant or complain about them. The only thread we have to vent in is this thread. Closed.
