Hy i need a smiting staff.
req under 12
improves smiting recharging skills 20%, or imroves skills recharging 10%
imrpoves skills speed casting 10%
the other bonus is not interessting for me. important is the recharge an casting bonus.

There are like 3 or 4 Smiting Staffs as well......low reserves.
