Almost nothing since it's not max energy. use it for personal use if you can, otherwise I'd give it to a monk friend of yours or merch it.

No, I don't think it's worth nothing. This is a very specific item used for a specific build. If I remember correctly, it's the invinci monk build. Sometimes they use -20hp instead of the usual -50hp, or something like that. It's probably worth 5k or something. Not sure, though.

Odd, since Ive seen presearing -20 quest reward focuses go for 5k consistantly.

That is the one I use for farming. The idea is when you start you kill yourself straight away. With 15% DP and the -20 item you only have 13 health left, which means you only take 1 damage per hit. Mending gives you health faster than the damage you can take, so you cant die.

In saying that your item has extremel high divine favor requirement, no farming monk is going to have that high divine so if they use this they will take an energy hit. I would say 2k max

A: if you die before you start farming, what happens when you kill something? you lose your dp. you can't rely on that in UW, you'd have all your dp gone after 1-2 groups... and most necros only have 1 res, leaving you dead for good.

B: my monk runs 13 divine when I farm, so any divine favor req would be fine, but MAX ENERGY is kindof important.
