No, I don't think it's worth nothing. This is a very specific item used for a specific build. If I remember correctly, it's the invinci monk build. Sometimes they use -20hp instead of the usual -50hp, or something like that. It's probably worth 5k or something. Not sure, though.

That is the one I use for farming. The idea is when you start you kill yourself straight away. With 15% DP and the -20 item you only have 13 health left, which means you only take 1 damage per hit. Mending gives you health faster than the damage you can take, so you cant die.
In saying that your item has extremel high divine favor requirement, no farming monk is going to have that high divine so if they use this they will take an energy hit. I would say 2k max

B: my monk runs 13 divine when I farm, so any divine favor req would be fine, but MAX ENERGY is kindof important.
