well im curious and I wanna know if anyone can share theyre knowladge (spelling?) about pre searing items for an example a friend of mine said that the best bow there was a 7-13 one, and will be really interesting to know what are the best items : )
and if anyone knows a place thats all the best items are allready writen please give it to me

The best axe I've ever seen.
And if you don't count the Ithas Bow (which is 13-25 Damage), which is a pre-order item as one of these items, it's probably a 12-20 Bow, could be higher, but 12-20 is the best I've ever found, and also, ever seen.
For Swords, 11-15 is the best I've ever had, and again, seen. It was a Brute Sword with +12% Dmg (while enchanted). Too bad I customized it to the lvl 16 Pre-Searing character I deleted because he already did all the quest, and I wanted to become lvl 17, which wasn't possible anymore. Never really tried buying a higher damage one though, it might be a couple of damage more, but I think 11-15 is close to the highest.
Hammers is 13-20. You can craft a 13-20 Hammer with +1 Dmg (vs Charr) at the crafter. The best purple Hammer I ever bought that was a drop was a purple Hammer of Fortitude, with +21 Health. Though, just as for swords, I never really tried buying a high damage one. But who cares? Hammers suck in Pre-Searing.

Yeah but how many rangers get 10 marksmanship + 10 expertise in pre? No runes yet, remember. So you're still looking at starter bow damage for normal pre-sear toons.

I don't think anyone would put 10 points in Expertise in Pre-Searing, it's completly useless. You can have 10 points in Marksmanship at about lvl 9 I think, but you need some points in healing too (Healing Signet/Troll's Ungeant), so you should start using it at lvl 12/13.
And yes, I did find that axe at the Charr.
About the bows, I don't think there's a 13-22 bow in Pre-Searing. I've had 5 Pre-Searing-only Character, never saw anything higher then 12-20.

But I hate an Insightful Bonestaff of Death magic, 6-12dam, +9energy, 14% +1 death magic req6 death. That was the ebst staff i've got in pre
