Price Check on various items.

I'm a bit unsure wether I want to sell the accursed staff and the 15%>50 axe, but I'm quite sure I want to sell the rest, just want to see what kind of range the prices will be at first.

I also have a max damage crippling falchion of fortitude +29. Would I be better off trying to salvage the fortitude mod off it and sell that alone?

No one can help? please?

1- 100k+ high req but perfect cast/rech bonus
2- 10-15k i think no more
3- merchant or new player
4- 50k+ but i don't know w8 for another pc
5- 1-2k? very hard to sell i think
