okay, I guess I'll try to salvage the HP mod then.

Are there other variations of the +15% damage always that makes it worth more or is this type of weapon just not wanted?

the type is fine its because it has the worst penalty and a high req :/ so the mod maybe worth more

any other penalty on this axe (-10armor,-5energy and -1 energy regen) would make it worth a fair sum

heres my order of value :O

-5 energy worth the most (axe warriors doont need energy)
then -1 energy regen for the same reason
then -10 armor (great for pvp cuz warriors arent usually attacked but not so good for solo/farming when warriors are the meat :/)
- 1hp regen is worth the least cuz you get your life back slower...lol every1 need life
