Pricecheck on a 20% enchant staff

this is the staff. I know its mesmer and it is req 13, but it does have 20% enchant, +24 health, and skill recharge 9%, so i was just wondering how much i could get out of this. I have a current offer of 10k which i thought was really low. could someone tell me how much i could expect to get out of this???

not much more tbh the person who offered is more than likely looking to salvage the enchant mod which you can sell for up to 50k, I'd ask for 20k if you dont want to risk salvaging yourself but i would expert salvage
