How do i get to Ring of fire? do i have to complete fow and uw to get to ROF?

i am just wondering, how do you get to ROF(ring of fire).

You finish the mission "Thunderhead Keep"

kinda ne from droknars. There's a quest in droknars that will lead you to the Ice Caves of Sorrow mission, that mission and 1 other are between you and Thunderhead. Of course you could also hire a runner.
