Nice Staff.. I'd guess at least 120k+

To remove the extra white space, open the picture in MS Paint.

1 - Use the Select Tool (top right button in default paint tools, looks like a dotted rectangle) and outline the picture of the staff.
2 - Hit Ctrl-C
3 - Go to Image->Attributes. Set Width and Height to 1 pixel each
4 - Hit Ctrl-V. If prompted, select "yes"
5 - Go to File->Save to keep this new cropped image
6 - Remove your old file from ImageShack, and upload this new file there with the same name.

That's it.
