Farming South Shiverspeak Stone Summit - is it possible?

Stone Summit seem to be the hardest type of enemies to farm... They deal damage in a wide variety of ways and they usually come in large numbers... Anyone have some insight about how I should go about forming a farming build for these little devils?

Yes, a skilled I-Monk can solo Stone Summit, though Heretics always provide a difficulty.

The ones just inside of Tasca's Demise from Granite Citadel are extremely easy to farm in comparison to other spawns.

I do believe there was a 55 monk posted a while back abou farming Grenth's Footprints. Although, I believe it was before the AoE nerf so whether or not it still works is beyond me. If not... just grab an SS/SV and you're set.

The most difficult thing (heretics aside) are Gnashers... kill them first.

The grenths footprint build used SoJ for damage and covered prot spirit with healing breeze so he wouldn't die but it's still not too easy to farm grenths.
