Ok i am not a hammer expert but i know the skin is desirable so on that alone and the 15% always i think 10k. Get other pc's though

Just asking for price check in game got me reply of "I'll buy it for 60k", so it is likely to go much higher than that...

So should it really reach 250K+ as people mentioned or is that unlikely to happen?

Post in high end, you should easily get 200k + for this.
