high req fellblade 15>50

fellblade 15>50, fiery hilt, +6 vs elem pommel, req 13

i know i could easily mod this to have the desired upgrades on it if it will improve the value, but since it's req 13, would like to get a pc on it as is, and say a perfect furious or sunder hilt and +30hp pommel added

guess my biggest issue is how much does the req 13 reduce the price, and if it's worth invesing in the upgrades
