PC on 3 things (pleeeez :*)

Could you pc these 3 things please?
I think i have an idea about the swords, but i really don't know the value of the wrapping.
Help me please

1) 15k+
2) 5-10k (why is everything always 14 stance? I have a sword exactly like that and my gf got a bow like that last night.)
3) No clue

#1 = 15k
#2 = 5k

I don't think casters attack fast enough, or often enough for that matter, for the dmg mod to do significant dmg
