I'm going to buy the game today,
I already took a look around the forums, but I'm still a bit un-sure about builds,
could you guy's give your opinions about the classes.
Heres what I like:
*Range or Malee?: Don't care
*I like to do alot damage, but I don't want to be killed easy.
*I want to own in PvP<<<That one is very important to me
I think that's about it...
Which class is the best choice for me?
I was thinking about a Warrior/Monk...or maybe a Warrior/Ranger
Thx,
~Ryughen
Which is better for me?
Ryughen
Lord Malikai
Ranger/Elem - cast.. pin.. cast.. piercing shot... OMG a warrior is coming at me! Run... pin.. run some more... turn... cast.. poison arrow...

Warrior/Monk is a very good choice for a newbeginner willing to be fairly strong in both PvE and PvP. W/R might be a more complicated matter, however very feasable if using the right stances etc. I would prefer R/W for that though just for the expertise bonus, but this might be too complicated and not too "PvE friendly".
So basically, for melee go for war/mo. If you want a ranged high damage char for both PvE and PvP, you might want to consider Ele/mes or Ele/mo, or r/mo. I strongly advise war/mo or ele/mes though.

Ok then,
I don't realy like casters like mages(thinking that a ele/mes a caster typ is)
cuz I don't realy like the run like a sissy part of Lord Malikai's tactic :P
I think Warrior/Monk the one for me...but

Is it only a good choice for beginners?? I want something real good, something I won't regret later.I don't realy like casters like mages(thinking that a ele/mes a caster typ is)

Take Care,
~Ryughen War/mo's are very versatile. They can be good for starting characters, and they can be exclusive and require an advanced player to use. Newbegginers often use things such as healing hands, orison of healing and healing breeze to support themselves while in combat (often seen in arena), but even advanced players use this for PvE. For PvP, a newbeginner would probably use the same build (which really limits your efficiency). An advanced player would focus on life bonds on the monks, res's (so the monks dont have to), and damage boosts such as strength of honor and judge's insight. Be prepared to see alot of your type though

It sounds like either way you want a warrior.
So Make a Newb-adin (W/Mo) and in the late game you can change your secondary -- to something more shocking like a W/N or W/E or W/M or W/R or something... but it definetely sounds like you want to be a warrior.
