what difference does it make if a wepon is req8 or req9 if I have 16 in the skill ?

If a staff is req 12 blood magic with 10% chance of skill recharge will the skill recharge still work with no atribute points in blood magic at all ?

Tks

Lower the req, the rarer it is. The rarer it is, the more it costs.

Also, the lower req / the more ATT pts you can divert to something else but still get the max dmg from the weapon or benefits it may provide so long as you have the 8/9 req.

If a sword is req 8 and you have 8 points in it you will Not be doing the full dmg. you must have 12 points in the attribute to do 100% dmg. There are many threads that explain that well.

A low req is very useful when making a farming build, many builds that work efficiently dont have 12 in a weapon attribute. Other than that the only other reason to have a low req weapon is for its rarity and value

He didn't say you would be doing full damage. This has been discussed a very short time ago. You will be allowed the full roll from the weapon if you meet the minimum requirement. Also this doesn't apply to staves and wands the same way as bows and melee weapons.
