Can anyone tell me how to convert a level 20 M/R to Invinci Monk?

Well every monk can be 'invinci', regardless of 2ndary profession; the skills you need rely on the monk part...
That said, most invinci-monks are warrior secondary to equip Bonetti's defense for energy management; I am mesmer secondary and i never have any nrg problem, now i've read there is a growing trend of elem secondary, maybe to use SoJ with earthquake or aftershock.

Yer Mo/E quite good, don't think it is that new though my mate has been using it for about 4-6 months.
I use:
Mo/Me for UW
Mo/E for Power Leveling
Mo/R for Griffins and other farming.
