Someone from this site I think was forcing me to sell it to them for an undisclosed amount. Would like to know the actual price please.

Lol the person was like "you WANT to sell it to me". Then they kept saying how its not worth more than 100k or so and kept demanding a price for it. I told him I was offered 225k for it and he said that person was a noob. Yet he said he would match the 225k (which confused me because he said its only worth 100k tops). I said it wasnt for sale and they kept saying "no it IS for sale youre gonna sell it to me". I had to put them on the ignore list because they couldnt get it through their head that I wasnt selling it.

two req 8 15^50 summit axes sold in the past 2-3 weeks for 275k and 300k. neither were perfectly modded.
i myself acquired a req 8 15^50 summit axe around a month and a half ago for 200k. it already had perfect furious and fortitude on it (and in the right order too!
) which is how i would have modded it anyway for my own use. hope this helps.

just a quick update/addition to this thread:
there are rare occasions when an item can be sold for way over its actual value and this typically occurs when a rich buyer desperately wants something you have.
a good example would be when i bought a gold max defense magmas shield req 8 with -2 dmg while enchanted for 345k some months ago. yes, i paid more than 3 times what it's worth because i had the money to blow and i wanted that shield no matter what.
so why am i bringing this up here? well, see that 15^50 req 8 summit axe my warrior is holding in the picture a few posts above? i just sold it for 60 ectos + 50k to someone who really really wanted it. hey, the opportunity presented itself, and how could i break a young boy/girl/man/woman's heart after s/he offered me (supposedly) everything s/he had? sure makes me feel good to make someone happy.
anyway, this doesn't mean the OP is gonna be able to sell his/her axe for the same amount, i highly doubt that. unless of course opportunity comes banging the door down. otherwise, the original pc of 200-300k seems fair.
