PC on Gold Max Ghostly Staff Near Perfect

well stats are as follows:

Gold Max Ghostly Staff
Req 8 Domination Magic
9% Faster Cast Speed
8% Skill Recharge
along with mods that came on it one of them being +5 armor mod. just need a price range to sell it at thanks.

not too sure but i would guess somewhere around 150-250k. could be more, could be less. ... hmmm ... i've got no bloody idea, do i? lol
get more opinions.

I would say 80-100k but that's just me
