Salvage all four.

1) Hope for Fire Magic +1
2) Hope for Staff Wrapping of Fort
3) Neither are too bad.
4) Hope for Enchant mod.

1. 3-4k for it i dont think 15% fire magic would be worth anything.
2. can't see the % bonus but i would definitely salvage for 29hp
