What Happened to the Metagame?

So, who all saw that game last night? Game 2 was pretty short.

Any Ideas on what the Metagame could have done to improve? And, had they ever even done that before? They didn't look to comfortable.

And I have watched all the playoffs if that is what you are referring to (who knows which game) and very few of them have been short. And there seems to be a wide selection of skills being used (ranger spike is falling off in these later rounds also) so I see the "Meta-Game" as alive and well.
