I hate pricing % chance shields, but at an initial glance I would guess that you could get around 30K for this shield. There are only a select number of buyers looking for % chance shields, so if you find one the price could be much more or much less than this amount.

im not really good on pricing shields but ill just say that i have a magmas req8 -3/10% quick recovery from dazed and has a c/o of 100k on high end.. if u wanna c heres the link (theres a link in there on the current offer)
