And the Chaos Axe ?

To the merchant with both IMO, mabye a few thousand for chaos but not much.

the chaos axe doesn't have much working in its favour other than the fact that it's max and gold. the dmg mod is far from max (+20% while hexed), the req is pretty high and there are better grips than the warding one on it. i would just pass that on to my buddy the merchant, but if you have the patience, you could probably unload it for 1-3k (try ascalon).

the shield, well ... high req, undesired skin, single mod which is nowhere close to max (+30). merchant it.
