You can change your secondary class in the desert (which is a long way away from the beginning area). If you're still in pre-searing, or even Ascalon, then you may as well delete and make him again.

Yes, you can reuse your name when you delete. I've made probably 200 PvP characters with the same name.

You can't change the 2nd in-game until you ascend, which is roughly level 20. If you delete a toon that name is reserved for you for a while, forget the duration.

You won't be able to reuse anything customized for a toon of the same name though, including weapons and armor.

What i want to know is how many times can you change your secondary?

For example i started a W/E and after ascending i followed the pack and changed to a W/Mo. I was wondering if i could change to a W/R and if i dont like it change back to W/Mo? Any one know?

  • Yes if you delete a character you can use the same name again.
  • You can change your secondary prof, infinite times, but only really late in the game.
  • You do not lose any skills when you switch proffesions and back again.

In addition, your name is safe for some period of time after deleting a character - not sure exactly, but it's reasonably long, so there is no worry. If you were in early, and managed to get that really cool name that everyone want you are still safe deleting and remaking the character - it won't vanish in the mean time.
