Multinational guilds

We have members who are playing in different home territories (primarily US and Europe).

If our US leader gets a guild hall, will our Euro players be able to go to it?

I understand that certian events and areas will remain locked, as they are specific to the home server winner for various PvP events, but I don't care about that at this time. I just want to make sure that if we buy a GH, that all our members will be able to get to it.

For clarity, we have a cape, we have people on both Euro and US servers, they are already all in the guild.

I am posting here because after several interactions with GW support, they said "our fans support the game better than we do, ask them."
