If you go up to mhenlo (in one of the last 5 missions or so)
and put your camera "in" him, there is a message written.
I cant remember what exactly, but i know it had Chaka in it.
If this has already been posted, i am sorry, but i heard about it earlier today in Tombs and tried it out for myself.
But i think the Zaishen are the protectors of the rift. They have come back to "close" the opening and send us to a new pvp land. Thus, keeping the dead and balthaezar happy.

Chapter 2 will definately be around an asian oriental styled civilization [like how ascalon was european, kryta was african-providences].
The hench armor might be future armor [dont assume, devs do make the all-around decisions]
The samurai warrior was just a showcase for guildwars and to get the japaneese players interested in their upcoming server. The armor might have just been a concept art of some of the armor you will see in Chap2 or it may not.
Everything you know about guildwars regarding armor ratings, weapon ratings, requirements, buffs, debuffs, etc. WILL stay the same. This means that the chapter2 armor will probably have a regular tyrian set/ascended [set name could be changed]/Obsidian armor sets. With [insert new value armor] coming hopefully.

Yes, that skin in pic #1 is only available to players via the desert collectors. It is a Longsword.

thx for the replys guys i have 1 now.now i'm pretty sure i got every sword skin shame and strange how that 1 doesn't drop so guess i'll have to stick with a blue on that 1.if any 1 knows of any other swords or bows that collectors have but don't drop pls tell has i never use collectors.

I like the look of that oriental samurai style armour i hope they add a samurai katana sword to go with that it would look ace. Has anyon hear any rumours of mounts in chapter 2 becasue i remeber this being mentioned by a memeber of Areanet a few weeks ago

Not just the desert. I got that sword from a quest or collector in Ascalon.

i didnt see that much bad with the armour in the pic on page 5....
and since the writing was ether chineese, japaneese or korean (cant telllll from the pic, too small) how do you know its not a collectors edition armour for the japaneese market?
(although, i would have thought they might have gone for something a little more..old, like laquered armour ^^ i loved my morrowind set of that ^^)
as to the *the game is going asian* thing....just sit back, chill out and dont worry....i would speculate that Chap2 is the 'oriental adventures' version of GuldWars ^^

In my Computer Gaming World magazine it says that the arenas will be moved to the Battle Isles for both CH.2 and the current version so my prediction is that these Zaishens will be involved in the moving of the arenas sometime before the PvP Weekend

About the "Offline" thing in guild menu....
I have two accounts, both in the same guild. I logged out of #1 and logged into #2. Checked guild menu roster and it said that #1 was "Offline" not the usual "1 minute ago" -- so this affects more than people just setting themselves to offline in the friends menu, it seems.
