Trouble logging in after GW exile!

Hello

A friend of mine has decided to play GW after been away for a month or so. He has installed the game again but when he goes to login it says the email account he is using is invalid. He uses only 1 email adress for everything, so i decided he should try changing his password, just incase that was the problem, but when he typed in the email adress, once again it says the address is invalid, therefore he cannot get the password sent to him.

Any suggestions on how to fix this coz its pissing him off.

I'd say your only option would be to submit a problem ticket to ArenaNet tech support and explain the situation to them. They can probably help you figure it out.
