I have this stat on one of my Bows and was wondering how does this exactly work ?

Marksmanship +1 ( 12% chance when using skill )

Just what it says, really. Whenever that bow is equipped and you use a skill, you have a 12% chance of being treated as though your Marksmanship were 1 higher.
