Which monsters drop glittering dust?

I know I can purchase glittering dust from material traders or players.. but I remember that I used to be able to gather up huge amounts of glittering dust from a certain area. Just forgot where... anyone know?

FoW/UW (salvage the demonic/dark remains) i suggest FoW cuz u can salvage 10+ dust from one remain........ if u have a 55 monk or SS/SV/echo necro go to UW since u get half the drops of those items including phantome residue which salvages for 5+ dusts....

btw i dont believe that u actually farmed dust in a certain area and forgot wer it was.... i think its just ur excuse for posting this "noobie" (no offense) thread...

wow, I am offended twisted god, a noobie thread? I didn't realize this was a board for l33t guild wars players. And so what if I'm a newb, I can't ask where I can get glittering dust? Does "gathering up huge amounts" mean farming? I gathered up glittering dust on my first character when completing the story line and happened to forget where I got all the glittering dust from. chill.

skeleton thingies right outside bergen hot springs

piles of 5-10 at times

Just go on a FoW trip, and ask politely if you can have everyone's dust. Most people don't need or want it. You'd be suprised how much dust 8 people get on 1 trip.

Yeah... from UW/FoW you'll get stacks in a hurry.
