After Factions is released, there will be 8 classes, and - if we are lucky - 5 character slots.
Then they are going to keep adding 2 new classes for every expansion? It's nice to have such a large amount of new content but how are we supposed to play these new classes, without deleting our old characters?
Look, a lot of us like both PvE and PvP a lot. The people like that will typically have 3 character slots for their PvE characters and leave one open for a PvP-only character. That means there are only 3 different primary classes we can play in PvE, without deleting characters (and, as a result, deleting a lot of work invested in that character).
There are already 3 classes I cannot play in PvE without deleting my characters and now, there will be 5! Yet I will only get one new slot to use, and must decide between those 5. And it will get worse with each expansion.
All of the new content sounds great but, actually, the one thing I was looking forward to the most in Factions was more slots. I was thinking that we would get a minimum of two, and now they might not even give us ONE? This is ridiculous. I would buy more slots right now if I could. Sell them at $15 each - I'd pay for them and I know many others would. Yes, I am aware that I could buy a second account and get 4 more slots, but then nothing is shared among them - including storage, everything I have unlocked, etc. and I don't want that. I would gladly buy another account if the second one could be merged into my first one.
We deserve more slots just like we deserve more storage space - but that is for another post.
I guess what I am saying is this: why should I pay for new content, if I can't use it all due to these arbitrary limitations?
