I need the 1 thats +45hp, -2 damage, while Enchanted!! Not hexed, or in stance, Enchanted.

WTB Crimson Carapace Shield!!

There isn't a Crimson Carapace Shield with 16 Armor that has those stats, but I can show you where to get one with 12 Armor.
12 Armor (req 8 tactics)
+45 HP while Enchanted
-2 Damage Recieved while Enchanted
Go to do the Mysterious Message Quest. When you get to the Hollow Log to drop the Message, Keep going straight until you come to a collector and an Artisan that Crafts rare materials. The Collector looks like a large Melandru Tree Ghost. That collector has the shield you're looking for.
If 12 Armor isn't good enough for you, I suggest you get a copy of the Green Item called Malinon's Shield. It has 16 armor and +45/-2 while enchanted, but it looks like a Shield of the Wing.
