How many runes can be applied to each piece of armor?
How many for weapons?
Do runes "stack", ex if I have two runes of minor vigor do I get benefits from both? What if one is minor and one is major?

Edit to clarify: The bonuses of runes do not stack, you won't get the benefit of more than one Vigor or Marksmanship or whatever, but the penalties DO stack (ie, if you have two major runes, you'll get -100 health.)

one rune per peice of armor.. runes do not go on weapons and no two runes of the same type do not stack regardless if they are either minor major or superior
