So just how often do ecto drop???

I've been getting started in UW soloing over the last couple of weeks. I have a lot to learn still, and I'm sure I'm going very slow when compared to some others. I've had disastrous attempts where I've died right away, and some where I've cleared the initial aatxes and grasping darkness (but haven't actually completed that first quest yet). Anyways, I'm just wondering if I have been extremely unlucky, or if ectos just don't drop from aatxes that often. Throughout all my attempts, I've probably killed a total of 40-50 aatxes, and have yet to see one. How often (just looking for rough estimates here) do they drop for everyone else?

I've been farming UW for a while and the drops seem to get rarer and rarer... might be drop exhaustion. But any how, i usually get about 1 ecto per 1.25 runs or so. Killing everything in the beginning chamber and the smites area. I think you were unlucky...

id agree with above

usually 1 a run
most i ever had drop was 5 ectos (4for partner 1for me and we were not splitting ><)
I usually just uw for the chest at the end of smites
gotten a couple gold storm/eternal bows/shields off that

I usually have 2 - 3 a run.. but its completly random I think..

Yesterday I ended up with 3 ectos and my guildie too (for 3 runs worth)..
